The accommodation is located within the Sussy Residence, at almost 1,900 meters above sea level. The quiet location, surrounded by nature, is ideal for those who love hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter: it is located opposite the Saline-Laresei ski lifts in the Passo San Pellegrino/Falcade ski area. It is a quarter of an hour's drive from Falcade, where all the main services, shops, and restaurants are located. It is a peaceful retreat for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, with breathtaking views and close contact with nature in the heart of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, between the Pale di San Martino mountain range and the Marmolada. A couple of kilometers away is the Valles Pass at 2,023 meters above sea level, an Alpine pass in the Dolomites that connects Falcade in Val Biois (Agordino, Province of Belluno, Veneto Region) with Primiero and Val di Fiemme (Trentino, Province of Trento, Trentino-Alto Adige-Südtirol Region). Along with the nearby San Pellegrino Pass, the Valles is part of the Alpe Lusia – San Pellegrino ski area. Here begins the famous "Pista degli Innamorati," one of the most famous descents in the area and one of the longest in the entire Dolomiti Superski area, which connects Col Margherita with Falcade along a stunning 11-kilometer descent with unparalleled views of the Pale di San Martino. In summer, the area is the starting point for many wonderful hikes for all tastes, featuring views of the northern part of the Pale di San Martino and the western part of the Marmolada Group. From here you can also reach the Rifugio Volpi al Mulaz, one of the most famous and beloved mountain huts in the Dolomites. On the Primiero side, the spectacular Val Veneggia, within the Paneveggio Natural Park, is a natural oasis dominated by the imposing profile of Cima Vezzana.
